Experienced Hardscape Installer / Equipment Operator

Under One Roof Construction is a growing New Hampshire contractor specializing in high-quality hardscapes, landscape construction, residential construction, and snow management. We’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values professionalism, reliability, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features.
• Prepare excavation and aggregate bases using proper grading and compaction techniques.
• Operate skid steers, compact track loaders, wheel loaders, plate compactors, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work with foremen to complete projects to company standards.
• Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Perform general landscape construction duties as needed.
• Participate in commercial and residential snow removal operations during the winter season, including equipment operation and snow management.

Qualifications

• Hardscape installation experience required, 2-3 years of hardscape installation experience preferred.
• Experience operating skid steers and loaders is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience operating excavators is a plus.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.
