Experienced Hardscaper Wanted — Sub or Partner on Small Jobs
Hardscaper/Mason
Description
I run a residential landscape business here in Richmond — design, maintenance, cleanups, that kind of work. Lately I've been getting more requests for small hardscape jobs (paver patios, walkways, small retaining walls, fire pits, steps), and I'd rather bring in someone who actually knows the craft than fake my way through it.
I'm looking for an experienced hardscaper in the Richmond area to work with on these. I'm open to a few different setups depending on what fits you:
1. Work the job together — I come on as a hand and learn the build while you run it. You get paid for the job plus a second set of hands that shows up and pulls their weight.
2. Sub it out — I handle the client, the estimate, and the coordination; you do the install. Steady, qualified work with none of the sales or chasing.
3. Take the lead — if it's outside what I want to manage, I pass it to you clean, with a referral fee or finder's arrangement worked out up front.
I'm after someone who does clean, square, level work and takes pride in it — reliable, communicates, shows up when they say they will. Could be one-off or ongoing; I expect the hardscape side of my requests to keep growing.
If that sounds like you, send me a note with a little about your experience and a few photos of past work. Happy to talk it through and figure out the right fit.
