🪚 EXPERIENCED Hardwood Floor Refinisher – $28–$35/hr + Paid Trial

We’re hiring skilled hardwood floor refinishers to join our crew specializing in gym floor and large-format hardwood refinishing. If you have the experience and take pride in high-quality floor work, we have consistent jobs, excellent pay, and growth opportunities.

✅ Position:
Hardwood Floor Refinisher – Level 2 or Master
Pay: $28–$35/hr (based on experience, speed, and quality)
Trial: One-day paid trial at $30/hr
Schedule: Full-time or project-based
Overnight/travel work: +$2/hr for out-of-town jobs (lodging provided)

🔧 Job Involves:
Sanding hardwood floors (maple gym floors)
Operating edgers, buffers, and ride-on sanding machines
Applying sealers, poly, and finish coats
Taping and painting game lines (preferred but not required)
Working as part of a tight crew, on a schedule

🧰 Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on wood floor refinishing experience
Able to run sanding and finishing equipment independently
Comfortable with jobsite safety, prep, and cleanup
Reliable transportation and valid license
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work full days on your feet
Positive attitude and ability to work with others
