Magnolia's Home Maintenance & Repair is hiring experienced Home Maintenance & Repair Technicians in the Charleston area. Full-time and part-time positions are available - choose the schedule that fits you.
We're a locally owned home-service company helping homeowners, property managers, and investors keep their homes running. When an appliance quits, a fixture fails, or a work order comes in, we're the crew that shows up, figures it out, and takes care of it. Two service calls are rarely the same.
PAID, HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This is not an entry-level or training-only opportunity. Applicants should have professional experience in at least two relevant repair, maintenance, mechanical, or skilled-trade categories, such as appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, facilities/apartment/hotel maintenance, property maintenance, carpentry, or field service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Ceiling fan and light fixture installation
- Dryer vent cleaning and tankless water heater maintenance
- Preventive and general home maintenance
- Property-management work orders
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Full-time: become a core member of a growing company, handle a variety of residential service work, and take on more responsibility over time.
- Part-time: consistent supplemental work. A good fit for experienced tradespeople looking for extra hours or retirees with strong mechanical backgrounds.

- Final candidates must authorize job-related criminal-background and motor-vehicle-record checks. Results are considered individually and in relation to the responsibilities of the position, consistent with applicable law.
This is hands-on residential service work: hot garages and attics, under sinks, ladders, moving appliances, carrying tools, and driving between customer locations. If solving problems and helping people sounds satisfying rather than frustrating, you'll fit in well here.
PAY
