Do you have the kind of skills that make leaky pipes nervous and bad wiring rethink its life choices?
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician who brings skill, reliability, attention to detail, and solid communication to the job site every day.

What You’ll Need:

• 🧠 Common sense — it’s rare, but we’re hoping you’ve got it
• 🛠 Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs (bonus points if your drywall doesn’t look like abstract art)
• 📏 Ability to read a tape measure accurately — because “about 6 inches” isn’t a unit of measurement
• 🔍 Attention to detail — noticing small issues before they become big problems
• 🗣 Clear communication skills — able to explain issues, solutions, and timelines professionally
• 📱 Basic tech-savvy — comfortable using a smartphone for texts, photos, simple apps, and job updates
• 🔧 Your own tools (and the knowledge to use them safely)
• 🚗 Reliable transportation — showing up is half the job
• 🦺 Safety-first mindset — PPE isn’t optional here

• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
• Professional with clients, tenants, and teammates

Job Details:

• ⏰ 30–40 hours per week
• 💼 1099 Contractor position
• 🚙 Local travel required between job sites
