We're looking for people who can handle:

• Drywall Hang and finish
• Rough and trim carpentry
• Minor Electrical and plumbing
• LVP flooring installation

🏠 All properties are vacant. 24-hour site access, no homeowners to manage — just you and the work.
🔧 Side work is welcome. We structure things so you can still take on other clients. This works around your life, not the other way around.

Requirements: Must have your own tools, reliable transportation, and insurance. You'll work as an independent contractor (1099).
