Spruce Point Painting is hiring an experienced house painter for full-time work in Vermont.
We are a premium residential painting company based in Chittenden County. We do clean, professional work and take pride in strong prep, a high-end finish, and well-run jobs. We are looking for someone who works hard, shows up consistently, communicates well, and cares about doing the job right.
This is a W-2 employee position, not subcontract work.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior painting experience
- Strong prep and finish skills
- Clean, professional job site habits
- Reliable transportation
- Good attitude and dependable communication

- Comfortable on ladders and with physical work
- Interior and exterior residential painting
- Prep, sanding, scraping, caulking, masking, and finish coats
- Some light commercial work from time to time
- Full-time work
