What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Experience installing split systems, package units, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Ability to read installation specifications and manufacturer guidelines
• Strong troubleshooting and start-up knowledge
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Install complete residential HVAC systems
• Replace existing heating and cooling equipment
• Perform system start-ups and operational testing
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
• Complete clean, organized installations with attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
