General Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience
Strong diagnostic and customer-service skills
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Honest, loyal, and team-oriented
Home warranty experience, including American Home Shield, is highly preferred
Willingness to relocate to Arizona is a major plus
Technicians with their own truck and tools may qualify for higher compensation and additional incentives
Some opportunities may be structured as 1099 independent-contractor positions
HVAC Sales Technician
Responsibilities include accurately diagnosing HVAC issues, clearly presenting appropriate solutions, and completing light repairs efficiently. Major leak searches, compressor replacements, and refrigerant restrictions may be scheduled with a Repair Technician.

Compensation:

15% commission on qualifying sales
Estimated annual earnings: $125,000-$300,000+, depending on performance, call volume, experience, and seasonality

HVAC Repair Technician

Candidates must have strong diagnostic and repair skills and be prepared for a demanding summer schedule. During peak season, technicians may handle 8-10 calls per day and work up to 12-hour shifts, six days per week.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
Offering maintenance services when appropriate
Identifying qualified opportunities for a Sales Technician
Completing approved maintenance services during the service visit
Supporting a high standard of customer service

Compensation:

Repair pay plus applicable commissions and maintenance incentives
15% commission on qualifying sales
$250 bonus for a qualified lead that results in a completed sale
Estimated annual earnings: $60,000-$125,000+, depending on productivity, call volume, experience, and seasonality

Arizona Relocation and Advancement
