Experienced RESIDENTIAL HVAC Service Technician – Soltman Heating & Cooling
Soltman Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company serving Metro Detroit since 1936. We're looking for an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
Searching for someone who can confidently diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems with minimal supervision.

- 5+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred. (This is the MINIMUM)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Furnace, AC , boiler and residential HVAC repair experience
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and communication
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a truck.
We're looking for an experienced technician who wants a long-term home, wants to be treated with respect, and wants the opportunity to grow with the company.
Bonuses will be earned on top of salary for work completed & jobs sold. But we don't believe in "Sales Techs". The type who arrive to a job in a white polo and tablet with no intention of repairing anything. If replacement is the better option.....then we will go that route and advise the customer accordingly. But we dont sell a unit just to sell it.
