Experienced HVAC Service Technician

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you're dependable, professional, and skilled in diagnostics and repairs, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Service heat pumps, split systems, package units, mini-splits, and air handlers
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues
Install HVAC equipment as needed
Complete service tickets and communicate repair recommendations with customers
Follow all company safety policies and maintain a professional appearance
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience

EPA Certification (required)
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors
Experience with home warranty companies is a plus
