HVAC Service Technician / Sales Technician

We’re a well-established, family-owned HVAC company looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys helping customers.

This is not a sales-only position. We’re looking for a true Service & Sales Technician—someone who can accurately diagnose heating and cooling issues, make professional repairs, and confidently recommend equipment or system improvements when they genuinely benefit the customer.

If you’re the type of technician who customers trust and ask for by name, we’d love to talk with you.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform maintenance and service calls

Explain repair options clearly and honestly

Recommend replacements or upgrades when appropriate

Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service

What We’re Looking For:

Residential HVAC service experience

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Professional appearance and communication

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

EPA Certification (preferred)

Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
