Experienced HVAC Tech Needed

A busy HVAC contractor needs an Experienced HVAC Tech.

Starts at $ 23/hr plus commission on Repairs and Commission on new unit sales.

Our Experienced Techs are currently making in excess of 100k once we add in commission on repairs and sales.

Includes a competitive benefits package.

Description:

Must have at least 2 years experience as a HVAC technician in a busy HVAC Shop.
You will have an opportunity to sell replacement systems/ units

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Repair and maintenance of Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment for customers.
• Ability to locate parts and provide field estimates.
• 2-3 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration experience required
• Dependable with ability to work overtime and weekend jobs when necessary.
• Ability to cover rotating after hours on-call shifts.
• Must have own tools we will provide a work van.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tool and electronic test equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety
• Friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual would be an asset but not required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• High standard of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to pass a background check.
