Experienced HVAC Tech Needed ($30–$40/hr) – Growth Into Manager Role

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently, handle service calls from start to finish, and is interested in growing into a leadership role.

We are a fast-growing, locally veteran-owned company looking for the right person to help us build and manage our HVAC division.

Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
-Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment such as heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, and more
-Perform seasonal maintenance and system tune-ups
-Handle refrigerant recovery and charging (EPA compliant)
-Read wiring diagrams and install thermostats and controls
-Run service calls independently and complete jobs efficiently

Requirements:
-3+ years HVAC experience
-EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
-Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
-Ability to provide I-9 Form
