Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. Installation experience is a plus!
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC units and related components.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with local and state regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records both handwritten and electronically.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• HVAC EPA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 50% of the day.
• Ability to bend/stoop, kneel, lift/twist from 6 inches on the floor up to reaching above shoulder height.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions that are related to task/job.
• Ability to work from ladder at elevated heights.
• Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule amongst other technicians for any emergency service calls.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
