Description
Requirements:
5+ years of residential air conditioning technician experience.
Must be an experienced HVAC tech who can troubleshoot and install reversing valves, boards, and be familiar with high SEER units.
Have an understanding of humidity control and static pressure.
NATE & NCI (if not pathway provided)
Must communicate well with fellow employees
Must be friendly and informative with all customers.
Must be able to work a full 8-hour day.
Must have all tools
Self-management and self-discipline a must
Benefits:
We are willing to pay more than the last employment if verified.
5-day work week, two weekends a month
New guys usually will have two weekends on schedule
Nigh shift availability.
