experienced individual or crew for foundation forming

Residential construction company is looking for an experienced individual or crew for foundation forming on residential projects throughout Los Angeles.

You must have substantial hands-on experience with:

• Reading structural and foundation plans
• Laying out foundations accurately
• Forming footings, stem walls, grade beams and raised foundations
• Setting elevations, dimensions, setbacks and anchor bolts
• Working around reinforcing steel, hold-downs and embeds
• Building strong, straight and properly braced forms
• Preparing work for inspection and concrete placement

We are looking for dependable professionals who produce accurate, clean work and understand the importance of dimensions, elevations and structural details. You must have reliable transportation and your own standard tools. Crew leaders and complete forming teams are encouraged to respond.

This is ongoing, project-based work for the right person or team. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, crew size and scope of work.
