Evergreen Home Exteriors is an established Western Washington remodeling company that has been in business for more than a decade. We complete over 30 residential remodeling projects every month across our divisions.

We are looking for experienced siding subcontractors with established crews that know how to install James Hardie products correctly.

This is an opportunity to work consistently and grow your business without constantly advertising, chasing leads, driving to estimates, or worrying about where the next job will come from.

You know how to install siding. Evergreen keeps the project pipeline moving.

HOW IT WORKS

• Evergreen finds the customers, sells the projects, and coordinates with the homeowners.
• Your company reviews and accepts the project scope and subcontract price.
• We provide a complete Buildertrend Start Pack containing the approved scope, siding profile, colors, trim details, photos, and project information.
• Project materials are delivered to the jobsite.
• Your crew shows up ready to work and completes the approved scope.
• Payment is processed through Buildertrend when the project is completed.

You bring the experienced crew, tools, and craftsmanship. We bring the sold projects, materials, and organized production system.

That means more time completing profitable siding projects and less time trying to find them.

THE WORK

Projects may include:

• Full siding replacements and individual elevations
• Removal and disposal of existing siding
• Weather-resistant barrier, flashing, and rainscreen installation
• James Hardie lap siding
• James Hardie panel and board-and-batten siding
• James Hardie shingle siding
• Hardie trim around corners, windows, doors, and other specified locations
• Soffit, fascia, caulking, touch-up, and related finish work
• Final cleanup and project closeout

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• An established and dependable siding crew with proven James Hardie installation experience
• Active Washington contractor registration, bond, and insurance
• Your own vehicles, tools, access equipment, and safety equipment
• Strong knowledge of James Hardie installation requirements and exterior water-management details
• Reliable scheduling and professional communication
• Clean jobsites and respectful treatment of homeowners and their properties
• Ability to provide progress photos and project updates through Buildertrend
• The capacity and desire to take on more work

COMPENSATION

This is project-based subcontract work. The scope and price are agreed upon before your company accepts each project. Completed projects are paid through Buildertrend.
