We are an established and growing painting contractor seeking experienced Journeyman and Apprentice Painters to join our team. We complete a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including:

  • Multi-family apartment communities
  • Hotels
  • Commercial buildings
  • Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
  • Residential remodels
  • Interior and exterior painting

Journeyman Painter Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Team player who follows company policies and safety standards
  • Experienced operating both gas and electric airless sprayers, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and cleaning
  • Able to produce clean, straight cut lines with excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled in prep work, spraying, brushing, rolling, and back-rolling
  • Reliable transportation
  • Own personal hand tools (grips)
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Apprentice Painter Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Most personal hand tools (grips)
  • Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
  • Knowledge of masking, surface protection, and proper preparation techniques
  • Able to back-roll for a sprayer
  • Good brush and roller skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and government-issued ID
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willing to travel for select out-of-town projects when needed (travel expenses and accommodations provided when applicable)
