EXPERIENCED LABORER / DRIVER - BASEMENT WATERPROOFING
Waterproofing Northeast | Twin Cities, MN | Immediate Start
We're a family-owned basement waterproofing company serving Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Dakota, and Washington counties. We're looking for an experienced laborer with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to join our crew installing interior drain tile and sump pump systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Install drain tile and sump pump systems in residential basements
- Break and remove concrete and trench along foundation walls
- Operate hand tools and power equipment, including jackhammers and concrete saws
- Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites and haul materials and equipment
- Keep job sites clean, tarped, and organized — it's someone's home
- Work safely and follow all site protocols
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required and will be verified)
- Prior experience in waterproofing, concrete, or general construction labor
- Able to handle physical work, including lifting, digging, kneeling, and standing for long stretches
- Reliable and on time for every shift
- Comfortable working in basements and confined spaces
$25/hour to start for well-qualified applicants. Paid weekly. Immediate start available.
