EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER / LANDSCAPER

Alpha Zeta is growing and looking to add experienced landscape professionals to our installation team.

We are a well-established landscape design/build company serving Martin County for over 40+years. We install high-end residential landscapes including:

Trees & palms

Plants & shrubs
Irrigation
Sod
Mulch & rock
Landscape lighting
Drainage
Pavers (experience is a plus)

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Has experience installing landscapes

✔ Can plant trees and large material correctly

✔ Can read the job and work independently

✔ Has a positive attitude

✔ Shows up every day ready to work

✔ Takes pride in quality workmanship

✔ Works well with others

✔ Valid driver's license is a plus

✔ Spanish/English bilingual is a huge plus

Crew Leader Candidates

If you have experience leading a crew, supervising employees, reading plans, operating equipment, and keeping projects moving efficiently, we'd especially like to talk with you.

Leadership experience will be compensated accordingly.

Equipment Experience is a Plus:

Skid Steer
Mini Excavator
Loader
Dump Trucks
Trailers

Competitive Pay Based on Experience:

Landscape Laborer: $18–$20/hr

Experienced Installer: $20–$25/hr
Crew Leader: $25–$30+/hr (depending on experience)

If you know irrigation, tree installation, or can lead a crew, you'll receive priority consideration.
