Stonebridge Outdoor is seeking dependable, EXPERIENCED Landscape Laborers to join our growing team. We design and build high-quality outdoor living spaces throughout the Kansas City metro, including custom landscapes, patios, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and more.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. We're looking for candidates with real, verifiable experience working for an established landscape, hardscape, or grounds maintenance company — not just occasional mowing or side work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Install trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, decorative rock, and other landscape materials
• Assist with hardscape installations including paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, and outdoor living spaces
• Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Follow project plans and crew leader instructions
• Follow all company safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of experience working for a professional landscape, hardscape, or grounds maintenance company — you will be asked about your work history and previous employers
• REQUIRED: Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
