Experienced Landscaper

Experienced Landscaper for year-round residential and commercial property maintenance, installations, and hardscaping projects. Must be honest and take pride in your outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care, mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization.
• Seasonal cleanups, pruning, trimming, and mulching.
• Plantings, trees, shrubs, and sod.
• Operate heavy machinery safely, including commercial mowers, trimmers and other light equipment.
• Follow instruction of foreman and management.
• Cooperate with other workers.

Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional landscaping experience required.
• Driver's License: Preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Understanding of plant care, weed identification, and pruning techniques.
• Must Be Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Must have strong work ethic, punctuality, and clear communication skills or know how to use Google translate.

Other

• Pay Range: Hourly, depends on demonstrated experience
• Monday through Saturday, 9 hours per day
• Trial period 1 – 2 months
• Must be available for snow removal during Winter months
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
