Experienced Lead Carpenter / Working Foreman

We are looking for a highly skilled, well-rounded professional who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and lead by example while managing and working alongside crews.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is comfortable running jobs from start to finish with minimal supervision.

This position is for someone who takes pride in their work, accepts responsibility, solves problems on-site, and consistently delivers high-quality workmanship while keeping projects on schedule.

This is a hands-on position. You will be expected to work with the crew—not just supervise.

Requirements:

Must have strong hands-on experience in:

• Finish and rough carpentry
• Tile installation
• Basic electrical
• Basic plumbing
• Residential renovations (houses, brownstones, apartments, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and management
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and solving field problems independently
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read blueprints and plans is a plus
• Clean, organized, and professional
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities:

• Complete projects independently from start to finish
• Lead, supervise, and work alongside one or more crews
• Maintain quality workmanship while keeping projects on schedule
• Communicate clearly with management
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

Additional Information:

• Work primarily in Brooklyn and Queens
• Steady, year-round work
• Must have own basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
