Experienced Lead Gutter Installer

Position:
A dependable, motivated Experienced Lead installer.

Requirements:
**Valid Drivers License with clean driving record - must be eligible for company insurance policy**
Personal tools (drill etc)
Drug free company
Clean background check

Experience:
3 years as a gutter installer - must be able to install 5", 6" & 7" K style gutters. Experience with other gutter types a plus.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service, and take pride in the work you produce.
Punctuality and dependability are essential.
Lead a team of installers - ability to lead your team with minimal supervision and manage the job workflow.
Operate seamless gutter machine - transporting it to the job site using company vehicle (no need to use your own vehicle)
Measure, cut, assemble and install seamless gutter systems
Follow safety protocols
Maintain excellent communication with clients and all team members.

Benefits:

W2 (no requirement to maintain your own insurance)
2 weeks Paid PTO per year (after 90 days)
