EXPERIENCED LEAD PAINTER / JOB SITE LEAD – $28–$32/HR

Summerville Painting Co. is looking for a highly experienced, high-production painter who can also lead and manage painting projects and crews.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who knows the painting trade, can produce high-quality work at a professional pace, and can help keep a crew and job moving.

Pay: $28–$32/hour based on experience and ability

W-2 PAYROLL ONLY — NO SUBCONTRACTORS

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

Lead and work alongside a painting crew
Keep painters productive and jobs moving
Perform high-end residential painting
Work efficiently on commercial production projects
Free-hand cut straight, clean lines
Brush and roll professionally
Spray with an airless sprayer
Mask efficiently using a hand masker
Patch, caulk, sand and perform general paint preparation
Paint both interiors and exteriors
Safely work from extension ladders
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with customers and management
REQUIREMENTS:
Several years of professional painting experience
Previous lead painter, foreman or job-management experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Dependable and able to report to work on time
Background check required
W-2 employee position only

We are looking for someone who can lead by example. You will be expected to manage production while also picking up a brush, roller or sprayer and working alongside the crew.
