Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Services: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial locks, door hardware, and security closers.
• Master Key Systems: Design, implement, and pin complex master key arrays and restricted manufacturer keyways.
• Modern Security: Install, service, and repair modern electronic access control hardware and smart lock systems.
• Tech-Driven Dispatch: Track jobs, manage work orders, and navigate updates in real-time using our electronic mobile dispatch software.
• Client Relations: Provide professional, top-tier customer service directly to property managers and commercial clients in the field.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on locksmithing or specialized door hardware installation.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting capability, and comfort using modern digital/mobile devices.
• Credentials: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for operating company vehicle).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interaction.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
