Experienced Maintenance Technician

Crown West Realty, a leading commercial real estate investment, development & management company, is seeking an experienced individual to fill a Maintenance Worker role assisting with the maintenance of our portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings in Spokane, Washington. Crown West desires a self-starter to grow with our company for the long term.
Duties include: assisting with the maintenance and repair of commercial and industrial buildings. We are seeking an individual with aptitude in one or more of the following categories: commercial roofing, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical, and vehicle maintenance.

The successful applicant will be a team player with high integrity who can manage multiple tasks and is responsive to change and challenges. Wage $28-$30 per hour, depending upon experience. Our compensation package contains a generous vacation plan, health, dental and vision coverage, plus retirement plan with employer contribution.
