Experienced Mason – $300/Day

Jersey Craft Exteriors is seeking an Experienced Mason to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking professional with experience in paver installation, retaining walls, concrete work, and general masonry construction. Pay: $300 per day (based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities:

Install paver patios, walkways, driveways, and pool decks
Build retaining walls, steps, and seating walls
Set Belgium blocks, curbs, and edging
Perform masonry repairs and concrete work as needed
Excavate, prepare, and grade job sites
Install proper base materials, drainage systems, and polymeric sand
Read project plans and measurements accurately
Operate construction equipment and power tools safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of masonry or hardscaping experience preferred
Experience with pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, and concrete installation
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Knowledge of proper grading, base preparation, and drainage techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
