Experienced Mason Needed – Tuckpointing, Waterproofing & Masonry Resto

We are seeking an experienced skilled mason to perform restoration work on an older commercial brick building.

Scope of Work

The project may include:

Tuckpointing deteriorated mortar joints

Brick repair and replacement as needed
Exterior sealant and caulking work
Damp-proofing and waterproofing repairs
Investigation and correction of water intrusion issues
Installation and/or repair of through-wall flashing
Weep hole repairs and drainage improvements
General masonry restoration work
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with historic or older brick buildings
Knowledge of proper tuckpointing techniques
Experience installing masonry flashing systems
Understanding of water infiltration diagnosis and remediation
Own tools and transportation
Ability to provide references and photos of previous work
Preferred
Experience with commercial buildings
Familiarity with scaffold work and elevated masonry repairs
Ability to identify root causes of water intrusion rather than simply applying surface sealants
