EXPERIENCED MASONRY LABORER / TENDER
$28–$35/HR + GUARANTEED YEAR-ROUND PAY + BENEFITS
We're a residential masonry contractor looking for an experienced Masonry Laborer/Tender to join our crew.
Our work is primarily on high-end and luxury homes in the Madison/Dane County area, with occasional small commercial projects. We care about craftsmanship and doing things the right way, and we're looking for someone who already knows their way around a masonry jobsite.
PAY & BENEFITS
- $28–$35/hour, depending on experience and ability

We're specifically looking for someone with previous masonry or masonry laborer/tender experience.
You should be comfortable with:
- Mixing mortar and grout to the proper consistency
- Stocking brick, block and stone efficiently
- Setting up and working from scaffolding
- Making accurate cuts
- Handling masonry materials and equipment
- Keeping masons supplied and the job moving
- Jobsite setup, organization and cleanup
- Working safely and efficiently around an active construction site
Because much of our work is on custom and luxury homes, attention to detail matters. We're looking for someone who understands that a clean, organized jobsite and respect for the home, homeowner and other trades are part of doing quality work.
