Lead/Foreman & Journeyman Roofers Immediate Start

Location: North Seattle, WA

Pay: Starting at $36/hour, with higher rates available based on experience, skill level, and position.

We are looking for experienced, dependable, and hardworking Metal Roofing Leads/Foremen and Journeyman Roofers for projects in North Seattle.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on metal roofing experience required. Foreman should have the same plus additional years as a lead or foreman

Experience with metal roofing installation, flashing, trim, and detail work

Lead/Foreman candidates must be capable of running a crew and maintaining productivity and quality standards

Must be fully tooled and have proper PPE

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand jobsite instructions and safety requirements

Must be able to complete Form I-9 employment eligibility verification and E-Verify requirements and have copies of the proper I-9 documentation on hand.

Must be reliable, punctual, hardworking, and committed to showing up consistently

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team

PAY & BENEFITS:

Starting pay of $36/hour, with higher rates based on experience, skill level, and position.
