Experienced Mobile Detailing Technician

You should already understand how to do ceramic coating application, machine polishing, paint correction, scratch removal, hot water extraction, steam cleaning, sap and overspray removal.

You'll work out of a fully equipped company van, on your own, at clients' homes and businesses.

WE NEED A TECHNICIAN WHO CAN:

Perform interior and exterior details from our fully equipped company van
Perform advanced services: machine polishing, paint decontamination, ceramic coatings etc.
Keep van stocked, fueled, and clean daily
Safe, proper use of all tools and machines
Use app to track jobs and communicate with office
Work well with others or independently
Represent Dennis Auto Details professionally at clients' homes and businesses

WE NEED A TECHNICIAN WHO IS:

Reliable - You show up. You're on time. You do what you said you were going to do.
Meticulous - You don't rush through a vehicle just to get it out the door.
Detail-oriented - You notice the things other people miss.
Clean - No polish residue left in emblems, trim, cracks, jambs, or body lines.
Careful - You tape what needs to be taped. You protect the vehicle.
Methodical - You know how to inspect your work before calling a vehicle finished.
Confident - You know how to properly perform paint correction and ceramic coating.
Self-aware - If you don't know something, you ask. You don't guess and potentially mess up a $100,000+ vehicle.
Accountable - If you make a mistake, you own it and fix it.

COMPENSATION:

Guaranteed $20/hr base pay or earn 30% commission of the labor revenue you produced, upsells included, and pay you whichever is higher.
Tips are 100% yours, averaging $1,000–$1,500/month.
