EXPERIENCED MULTI-SKILLED HANDYMAN WANTED – $200–$250/DAY

Basquiatz Home Services, LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable, multi-skilled handyman for residential and commercial projects throughout Maryland.

We are looking for someone who can walk onto a job with the experience, tools, and ability to handle a variety of repair and improvement work professionally.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5–10+ years of verifiable handyman/construction experience
• Strong tile installation and repair skills
• Framing and general carpentry
• Window installation and repair
• Interior and exterior door installation and repair
• Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Painting and paint-related repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
• Basic electrical repairs and fixture replacement
• General property repairs and punch-list work

Tile, framing, windows, doors, and drywall experience are especially important.

You do not have to be a full-time painter, plumber, or electrician, but you should have solid working knowledge of multiple trades and know when a job requires a licensed tradesperson.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have your own reliable vehicle — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Must have your own professional-grade tools — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout Maryland
• Must be comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Must be dependable and show up when scheduled
• Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude on customer properties
• Must be capable of working independently and completing assigned work correctly
• Must be able to pass a background check
• References and previous work may be verified

TOOLS & MATERIALS:

Basquiatz Home Services provides the work and job materials. We also provide ladders and drop cloths when required.

You are responsible for bringing your own professional-grade tools necessary to perform your trade.

We do not provide personal hand tools or trade tools. An experienced professional is expected to arrive properly equipped with quality tools necessary to complete the assigned work safely and professionally.

COMPENSATION:

$200–$250 PER DAY, based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated work quality.

1099 POSITION

Applicants must be prepared to provide the information and documentation required for onboarding, including:
