Experienced Office Furniture Installer / Cubicle Technician Needed

OFFICE FURNITURE INSTALLER / CUBICLE TECHNICIAN (FULL-TIME CONTRACTOR)

Compensation: BOE (Based on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Furniture Installer / Cubicle Technician to join our team immediately. We specialize in pre-owned assets extensive brand/parts knowledge is essential.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on experience installing, reconfiguring, and decommissioning office furniture systems. We are looking for a dependable individual who can work independently and as a team, show up on time, and represent our company professionally on client job sites.

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Experience installing and dismantling office cubicles and modular furniture systems and the tools required to do so

✔ Pull office furniture orders to spec and palletize for LTL and full truck load shipments off blueprint or space plan

✔ Experience with major furniture brands such as:

Herman Miller

Knoll
Teknion
Steelcase
Haworth
Allsteel

✔ Forklift & Large Truck Driving Experience

✔ Valid Driver's License

✔ Reliable Transportation

✔ Bank Account for Direct Deposit

✔ Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment safely

✔ Ability to use hand and power tools

✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail

JOB DUTIES

Install office cubicles and workstations
Decommission and remove office furniture systems
Load, unload, and transport furniture
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Maintain Warehouse of Incoming & Outgoing Assets
Read furniture layouts and installation plans
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines

Has several years of commercial office furniture experience
Can work with minimal supervision
Can work as a team
Takes pride in quality workmanship
Is dependable, punctual, and professional
Has experience working directly with customers and project managers
