Current Available Position: Experienced Outboard Technician

If you're a outboard technician with 5 years experience or more, and exceptional attention to detail and quality, then your the person we're after! Apply today.
Please do not apply if you do not specifically have outboard repair experience and training. It is required for this position.
Job Duties:
o Diagnostics, Repairs & General Maintenance of Yamaha, Mercury and Evinrude outboards
o Work-order handling & documentation
o Troubleshooting, Installation, Repair & Restoration of vessel systems (bilge pumps, live wells, lighting, hatches, rod holders, and other vessel equipment)
o Large equipment additions (power-poles, jackplates, trim tabs, windlass, etc) and more.
Job Requirements:
o 18 years old or more
o Prior technical experience of 5 years or more
o Brand Certification in ONE of these Brands: Evinrude, Mercury or Yamaha is Required
o Your own reliable transportation
o VALID & CURRENT FL Driver's license
o Complete selection of your own tools and tool box
o A Positive attitude
o High quality work with an attention to detail
Dress Code:
o Jeans, or Khaki's with closed toed shoes
o Work shirts provided
Salary dependent on experience and certification. Bonus's annually with review, increases available within 90 days for qualified applicants. We work 40+ hours a week and are NOT flat rate.

Schedule:

• Day shift only
• Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or later in Summer, 9am to 5pm December to February
• Occasional Saturdays 9-noon
