REQUIREMENTS:
5+ Years Experience: Real-world residential repaint experience.
Reliable Transportation: A dependable vehicle to get you to the site every day, on time, no excuses.
Professional Tools: You own the tools of the trade and know how to maintain them.
Team Mindset: You take direction with a positive attitude. This is a "No Drama" zone. If you have a "bad apple" attitude, please do not apply.
THE WORK:
This is detail work in occupied luxury homes. It requires expert sanding, patching, and caulking. You must work cleanly, quietly, and efficiently.
