Experienced Painter – Cabinetry & Fine Finishes

We're looking for an experienced skilled painter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works efficiently, and wants to grow with an established company.

Some installation days can be long and require working late. Occasional out-of-town travel is also required. Company vehicles are provided for all installations and work-related travel. You will never be required to use your personal vehicle for installations.

• Apply smooth, professional finishes using spray equipment, rollers, and brushes
• Inspect finished work and correct imperfections
• Assist with loading, assembling, and installing projects in customers' homes
• Perform on-site touch-ups and finishing work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Work efficiently with team members to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• Professional painting experience required, preferably in cabinetry or fine-finish spraying
• Experience with spray equipment and proper surface preparation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Willingness to assist with installations and perform physical work
• Flexible schedule with availability to work long installation days when necessary
• Willingness to occasionally travel out of town
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented painter who takes pride in producing quality finishes and is willing to help wherever needed. This is primarily a painting position, but flexibility to assist with installations and work longer days when necessary is essential. If you're skilled, hardworking, and looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
