Experienced Painter

Add Ventures is looking for an experienced painter to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with professional painting experience who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is dependable.

What We're Looking For:

Several years of residential and/or commercial painting experience.
Experience with interior and exterior painting.
Knowledge of proper surface preparation, patching, sanding, priming, and finishing.
Ability to produce clean, high-quality work.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Team player with a positive attitude.
What You'll Do:
Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects.
Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
Deliver high-quality finishes while working efficiently with the team.
Follow company standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
