Experienced Painter - Leadership Opportunity

Must reside in Bucks or Montgomery County, PA

What You'll Do
Interior and exterior residential painting
Commercial painting projects
Surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, priming, and patching
Brush, roll, and spray application
Drywall repairs (preferred)
Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
What We're Looking For
Minimum 18 months of professional painting experience
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
Someone who wants a career, not just another job
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to pass a background check
