Description
Pound Contracting is looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional Commercial/Residential Painter to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service across the local area.
This is a full-time position with steady, year-round work. We are ready to hire and start the right candidate immediately.
What We Offer
- Starting Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on your experience level).
- Consistent Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
- Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every week.

- Complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting projects.
- Perform high-quality surface preparation including scraping, sanding, masking, caulking, and drywall repairs.
- Operate and maintain professional painting equipment, including airless sprayers, rollers, and brushes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site from setup to final cleanup.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients on-site.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in cut-in, rolling, spraying, and detailed prep work.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to get to changing job sites.
- Physical Ability: Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Tools: Own basic hand tools (brushes, putty knives, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
