We're looking for an experienced residential painter who takes pride in doing good work.

How Hiring Works

• We start with a paid tryout — half day or full day.
• You work with the crew, we see your skills, you see how we operate.
• No surprises.
• We evaluate the whole person, not just a background check.
• If you were honest about your past and it was a while ago, we'll talk.

What You'll Earn

• Crew Leader: $30–$35/hr + performance bonuses
• Journeyman: $27–$30/hr + performance bonuses
• Skilled Painter: $25–$27/hr + performance bonuses
