Coastal Color Works LLC, a licensed San Diego painting contractor (CA C-33), is hiring a full-time painter to join our residential and commercial crew.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• $23-$33/hr depending on experience
• Full-time, steady work — W-2 employee position, not 1099
• Year-round residential and commercial projects across San Diego County
• Small, tight crew with a hands-on owner — no big-company runaround
• Room to grow into a lead role as we expand

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred
• Solid prep skills — scraping, sanding, patching, masking, priming
• Clean brush and roll work; spray experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Shows up on time, works safe, and takes pride in the finished product
