Location: San Gabriel, CA (In‑person)

JRB Property Management, Inc. (Arcadia) manages apartments and single‑family homes across San Gabriel, Sierra Madre, San Dimas, Glendora, and Claremont. We’ve been hands‑on for 30+ years with fast response times and excellent tenant service.

Responsibilities

Interior and exterior residential painting
Prep, patch, and finish work
Maintain clean, safe job sites
Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
Follow safety protocols

Requirements
2+ years residential painting experience
Reliable transportation to San Gabriel area
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
English required
