Looking for highly experienced professional painters for an interior common-area hallway painting project in the Boston area.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 15 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL PAINTING EXPERIENCE.
Project includes:
Common-area hallways
Front and rear stairwells
Walls and ceilings
Trim, doors and door frames
Patching, sanding, caulking and proper surface preparation
This is a multi-unit building project, so you must be experienced working in occupied buildings and able to maintain a clean, professional work area.
Requirements:
15+ years professional painting experience — REQUIRED
Excellent prep, cutting and finish skills
Experience with common areas, hallways and stairwells
Reliable and punctual
Own basic painting tools
Reliable transportation
Able to start ASAP
Potential for additional buildings and ongoing work for the right painters.
