Experienced Painter(s) needed

Looking for an Experienced Painter that may live in center city, South Philly , or the surrounding Philly area that is willing to meet us on various projects throughout the city. Some projects include real estate repaints ( condos or homes) , hi end custom, home restoration, flips , and new construction homes. Must be able to work solo if need be or along side me and or my guys. Looking for a guy that can start and finish a project and know all aspects of painting including prep.
