VACANT APARTMENTS (1-3 BEDROOMS)
Looking for highly experienced, professional painters for vacant apartments (1-3 bedrooms) in the Boston area.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PAINTING.
Project includes:
Walls and ceilings
Trim, doors and door frames
Patching, sanding, caulking and proper surface preparation Repainting kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms Priming and finish coats
Apartments will be vacant, so you must be able to work independently, maintain a clean work area, and complete high-quality work on schedule.
Requirements:
10+ years professional painting experience — REQUIRED
Excellent prep, cutting and finish skills
Experience painting residential apartments (1-3 bedrooms)
Reliable and punctual
Own basic painting tools and equipment
Reliable transportation
Able to start ASAP
Potential for multiple units and ongoing work for the right painters.
