We are looking for top notch experience , painting professionals to join our growing team.

We are specifically interested in:

• Experienced Residential Painters
• Experienced Commercial Painters
• Crew Leaders / Lead Painters
• Painting Supervisors / Field Leaders

This is not a entry-level position

We are looking for people who already know the painting trade and take pride in producing professional-quality work.

You should be experienced with:

• Interior and exterior repaints
• Proper preparation procedures
• Cutting and rolling
• Spraying with airless equipment
• Brush and finish work
• Trim, doors, ceilings and walls
• Exterior siding and wood surfaces
• Working from ladders and lifts
• Protecting customers’ homes and property
• Maintaining a clean, professional jobsite

Crew Leads & Supervisors should also be able to:

• Lead and motivate a painting crew
• Organize a job from start to finish
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Identify problems before they become problems
• Keep employees productive and jobs on schedule
• Hold yourself and your crew accountable

We are not looking for someone who has painted a few rooms or helped a friend paint a house.

We want professional painters who can walk onto a jobsite and produce.

Jeff Adkins Painting is a growing professional painting company serving Huntington, Barboursville and the surrounding Tri-State area. We focus on quality residential and commercial repainting and are looking for people who want to be part of a professional organization—not just pick up a temporary job.

Pay is based on experience
