Experienced Painters Wanted - $20+/hr S Florida Interior & Exterior

Established Broward County painting company hiring experienced
residential painters.

We are a family-owned painting contractor based in Hollywood
specializing in interior and exterior repaints. We work across
Hollywood, Plantation, Weston, Parkland, Fort Lauderdale, Davie,
Pembroke Pines, Boca Raton and throughout Broward County.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $20+ per hour depending on experience and skill
• Steady residential repaint work, not one-off odd jobs
• Paint and materials supplied
• Routes grouped by area
• Paid weekly
• W2 employee or 1099 subcontractor - your preference

WHAT WE NEED

• 3+ years professional painting experience
• Clean cut lines freehand, no tape crutch
• Solid surface preparation - patching, caulking, sanding, priming
• Comfortable with interior and exterior work
• Airless sprayer experience a plus
• Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Comfortable on ladders and working at height
• Able to pass a background check

Cabinet refinishing, trim and ceiling work, drywall repair or
pressure washing experience all a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

ALREADY RUNNING A CREW?

We also work with established painting crews on a 1099 basis,
priced by the job. If you have your own team and want steady
residential work without chasing your own clients, reply and
tell us about your crew and how you prefer to price.

HOW WE WORK

We compete on quality, not on price. Prep matters here - our
reputation is built on repaints that still look right in five
years, in Florida sun and humidity. If you take pride in your
cut lines and your prep, you will fit.
