requires proven experience in residental repaints, must be able to run a job as a crew independently without having to be micromanaged. needs to know the proper method of scraping peeling paint, priming where needed, and applying smooth topcoats. must have the ability to purchase materials from sherwin williams. must have reliable transportation and all equipment (ladders, sprayers, a team of painters.) must maintain clean job sites and have good attention to detail. we expect for the crew to show up on time and finish jobs efficiently, communicate (english crew lead is recommended) we offer consistant work and fast payment. please only serious crews apply. if you cut corners, we will not continue working with you.
